About the Concept

Sura Noodle Bar is a new pop-up concept inside Parlor, featuring Korean-inspired noodle dishes and sides. During the Fall of 2020, we began offering ‘secret menu’ items at Sura Eats with the goal of having fun, pushing boundaries, and bringing fresh new dishes to our customers. Our noodle dishes sold out every week, inspiring us to open a 3-month pop-up, exclusively offering noodles.

Inspired by the friendships that have carried us through the pandemic, Sura Noodle Bar will feature noodle dishes highlighting Korean flavors, while celebrating the different cultural influences in Korean dishes today. We hope you’ll stop by and see us soon!
